Warranty
Haven Way offers a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials on all products.
The Fine Print
- Applies only to the original buyer
- Begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one year
- Receipt and images are required to file a warranty claim
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, mildew, scratches, dents, for breaks from rough use.
- Damage caused by products not properly cared for in order as outlined in the care instructions.
- Commercial use, product must be used in a residential setting.
- Exceeding weight limits, weights limits outlined on the product tag must be observed
- Slight compression of cushions and comfort preferences
Additional Product Support Programs
If a piece or part is damaged or missing from your set, we will ship replacement parts immediately at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 30 days from delivery to report the missing or damaged piece.
If a product you’ve ordered from our Haven Way site arrives with damaged packing that has caused product damage, we will send you a full replacement or replacement part.

If the purchase was made with another retailer, please reach out to them directly as we do not have visibility to their carrier information.
Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
Must be in new condition and in original packaging.
Furniture sets are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
