We want you to adore your Haven Way piece. If for any reason you don't love it, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and our customer service team can provide details for your return.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
- Must be in new condition and in original packaging.
- Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return.
- Furniture sets are subject to a 10% fee to cover restocking and shipping.
- Purchases must be made through www.havenwayhome.com.
- If purchase was made through another retailer please contact them directly as we do not have visibility to the purchase history.

Additional Product Support Programs
If a piece or part is damaged or missing from your order, we will ship replacement parts immediately at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 30 days from delivery to report the missing or damaged piece.
If a product you’ve ordered from our Haven Way site arrives with damages from packaging we will send a full replacement or replacement parts as needed.

Haven Way offers a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials on all products.
